The sloped sides make it so easy to flip a stir-fry without scraping the bottom, and braising is a breeze since nothing splashes over the edge. Cooked a whole batch of curry in it last night and the depth handled it perfectly while still letting me toss veggies like a skillet.

The sloped sides make tossing vegetables way easier than my old flat skillet, and I love that I can go from searing to braising without switching pans. The 10-inch size hits the sweet spot for a weeknight dinner for two, and cleanup is a breeze.

I was a little worried the depth would make it awkward to flip things, but the sloped sides let me toss vegetables just like in my old flat skillet. Braised a chicken thigh in about an inch of liquid and not a single splash over the rim, which is exactly what I needed.
