Onze kleine deksel past op Small Fry en Saucy en blijft stevig en geduldig zitten terwijl je zout pastawater kookt. Een van onze favoriete kooktrucs: bak eieren in Small Fry en leg de kleine deksel erop om ze een minuutje te stomen — ze worden extra luchtig.
It sits firmly over my Saucy when I'm boiling pasta, so no more steam fogging up my kitchen windows or splatters on the counter. The fit is snug enough that I can even shake the pot a little without it slipping off, which is more than I can say for my old loose lids.
This lid sits so firmly you can boil pasta with reckless abandon and it won't budge. I've started using it for my fried eggs in the Small Fry, and the fit is just perfect.
Finally, a lid that stays put while the pasta water boils over—the snug fit on my little pan is exactly what I needed. Keeps the heat in nicely, and the eggs cook faster with it on.
