Patatine Grandi

The 10.25-inch size is perfect for feeding my family of four without crowding the pan. I’ve used it almost daily for two weeks and the ceramic coating still looks brand new, no scratches or sticking.

The ceramic coating is so slick that eggs slide right off with just a tiny bit of butter, and cleanup is a quick wipe. I've cooked for four people almost every night this week and it's held up beautifully, no sticking or scratching.

The 10.25-inch surface handles a full batch of chicken thighs without crowding, and the ceramic coating stays slick even after I accidentally used a metal spatula once. Cleanup is just a quick wipe, which makes weeknight dinners feel way less like a chore.
