This little 8-inch baker is my new go-to for cornbread casseroles; the ceramic stoneware really does resist scratches and stains, and a quick rinse handles most of the mess. It's light enough to carry to a picnic without fuss, and the square shape fits perfectly in my cooler.

Baked a small lasagna in it last night and the stoneware held up beautifully—nothing stuck, and cleanup was just a quick rinse. The 8-inch size is perfect for side dishes or taking dessert to a friend’s place.

It’s perfect for tossing in my tote and heading to a potluck—the 8-inch size is just right for a side dish, and the stoneware wiped clean in seconds after baked-on cheese.
